What happens after I buy a virtual phone number?

After purchasing a business phone number in the Online Shopping Cart, you will receive an email with your login instructions so you can activate your account, log in, and customize your VoIP number features.

Shortly after activation, an AVOXI expert will contact you to verify your account and make sure your new business number is working properly. If your email does not match the business listed on your order, you may not be able to start taking calls until your account is verified.
