To activate a TrueLocal number with Emergency Services, AVOXI needs the details of each agent who will use the number. AVOXI provides a document with common in-country dial codes and a form for you to complete and return.
Why This Is Required
Local emergency services need to know who is using the number so they can respond correctly when someone dials for help. The Czech Republic's supported emergency dial code is 112 (General Emergency Number).
What You Need to Provide
- The completed End User EMS Template
- Up to date end user details — if these change, contact support@avoxi.com with the number and the new details
- See our dialing guidelines for more on how to dial emergency codes correctly

How to Submit It
- Complete the End User EMS Template with your agent details.
- Upload the completed form in your AVOXI online account.
- Our number team will review your form. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
- When placing an order with AVOXI, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide up to date end user details. If the end user needs to be updated, please submit a case to support@avoxi.com with the number in question and new end user information.
- You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735.
Note: Your number will not work until we receive your documents and register them with the local provider.
