MFA is not officially supported on the Genius mobile app today. Some agents have found that having MFA enabled on their extension blocks certain mobile app functionality, such as changing their status.

If your agents rely on the mobile app and need full access to features like status changes, our current recommendation is to disable MFA for those specific mobile app users.
