As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we are regularly releasing updates and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind the scenes to keep our software running smoothly.

Updated user permissions to restrict editing of user profile (e.g. Name, email) when associated manage roles permissions are not granted.

Updates to the Elastic Agents Dashboard Feature Flag to resolve issues with Agent Status Timeline and missing metadata for direct calls when call waiting disabled.

Also updated the Agents Report (Agent Summary Report) behind the feature flag to include an updated Teams + Agents filter which allows filtering on specific Agents.

With Blendr sunset on 11th July, built-in ServiceNow, Freshservice, Odoo and Creatio Integrations will no longer be supported and have been removed from Integration Marketplace.

Freshdesk Integration bug fix - Earlier Freshdesk tickets were not being created for Customer - C33816 - ViewSonic Europe Limited as they had mandatory custom fields for ticket creation. A fix to support custom fields with default values has been implemented.
