🚀 New Features & Enhancements

Proactive Service

• Automatic Onboarding for New Numbers: Numbers with no call history are now automatically onboarded into Proactive Service and tested at least weekly. Previously, a number required at least one call to initiate monitoring—ensuring complete coverage from day one.

Number Testing

• Duplicate Schedule Warnings: The schedule creation flow now alerts you if you attempt to create a duplicate testing schedule, helping prevent overlapping test runs.
• UI Refresh: Updated Disposition Settings to deliver a cleaner, more consistent visual experience.

🛠️ Performance Improvements & Bug Fixes

• Flow Builder Variable Fixes: Resolved an issue impacting Country Code (call.to.countryCode) and Call Tag handling within Flow Builder.
  • Note: If your current workflows rely on call.to.countryCode, please re-publish those Flows to apply this update.
• Call Journey Streamlining: Fixed an issue where redundant event logs appeared in Call Journey when routing calls between multiple Flows.
• API Testing Cleanup: Resolved an issue where legacy number testing data could block the creation of new test requests via the API.
