- Intelligent Caller ID calls are tagged in Call Activity. Calls can be filtered by the Intelligent Caller ID tag.
- New AVOXI Digest Fragment - Regional Number Inventory Map - Provides a geo map representation of number inventory by world region along with context around any recent incidents, either manually reported or detected by Proactive Service.

Number Details — End User Notes
- The number details page will now include additional notes under Coverage and Restrictions. These notes provide guidelines regarding end-user usability and restrictions where applicable.

Number Testing
- Number Testing configurations can now be updated in bulk, including the ability to display all configurations on a single page and export to CSV
Bug Fixes
- Answer Rate Formatting — Fixed an issue where the Answer Rate on the Top 10 Highest Number fragment was missing the ‘%’ sign.
- Proactive Service Key Metrics AVOXI Digest Fragment now counts calls analyzed correctly
- Issue where calls may stay waiting even when there is an Agent available
- Note: This specific issue was caused by calls which were transferred back into the queue, either via timeout or blind transfer
- Issue where Agents not on Teams may not record correct status change data

- Alerts email notification address field now allows email addresses with all caps username
