Bug Fixes

• Issue where screenpop was not showing while ghosting
• Issue where Pipedrive integration was not logging tickets correctly and instead throwing errors
• Outbound Trunk Traffic on Invoice — Fixed and issue where outbound traffic for unlimited SIP trunks were showing under the Inbound Usage section of the invoice.
