- China - Shanghai - (Branded Caller ID) - TrueLocal
- This product guarantees the CNAM of our customer’s CLI. The only restriction to providing the correct CLI will be to an iPhone due to their manufacturing policies.
- United Kingdom - TrueLocal EMS (By Request)
- This product is labeled as “By Request” on the cart and is available to be purchased, however it is not fully available at this time.

- AVOXI Digest
- Template Configuration — Customers can now configure their own AVOXI Digest emails. Note: This feature is only available to Premium Cloud Service customers who do not have Enhanced Support. Learn more here.
Product Notices
- New Number Format for Lithuania Numbers
- Starting on March 1st, 2025, Lithuania’s local dialing format will change. Local calls that were previously dialed as 8 800 XX XXX will now be dialed using 0 800 XX XXX. This new change will affect all DID, TrueLocal and ITFS numbers locally.
Bug Fixes
- AVOXI Digest
- Account Overview Active Number Change — Fixed an issue where the change in Total Calls appeared under the Active Number metric in the Account Overview section.
- Contact Center
- Issue where a ringback tone may play over another ringback tone on outbound or transferred calls
- Issue where Call Journey can show team members rung as part of the wrong team if the initial ringing team had no Agents online when the call was received
- This fix ensures agents always show under the correct team.
