AVOXI Deployment Summary:  This week we launched a New Numbers Report and made adjustments to DTFM digits. 

What's New

NEW Numbers Report

• Beta customers can now view call metrics by Phone Number
• To gain access please email our customer support team at service@avoxi.com. 

Adjustments 

• We fixed an isolated issue where DTMF digits were not being handled correctly when dialed from the AVOXI webphone.

Coming Soon

• Dispositions on all calls will soon be available to all AVOXI License holders.
• With your next invoice, you will have the ability to download Call Details Records (CDRs) with a breakout of all call costs associated with your invoice.
