Yuutel Number Ordering and Activation

The Cart Inventory and Carrier Teams will mostly handle the ordering process for Yuutel.
Please always double-check and confirm with them before trying to order a new number.

A few things to consider:

  • Numbers are bought in blocks
  • All Yuutel numbers are bi-directional (we can move them around between DIDs and TLs
  • Toll Free numbers will use the following triggers (alias)
    • 801 - Fixed
    • 802 Mobile

When a new inventory case is created, or we require ordering more, we first need to reach out to the Carrier Manager.
They will need to to order a new range from the regulator RTR , Our legal team (Weston) sign off on it.

Once we receive the numbers, we will need to reach out to Yuutel. They will send us an order-specific LOA (We can sign this one ourselves)
