First, we must log in to the DIDWW Portal HERE

Next, we will hit the dropdown in the Phone Numbers Section and click My Numbers

Once you are in My Numbers, click the blue dropdown option labeled DID number All  - and paste the number into the search box and click submit

Once you've found your number, first make sure the SMS IN bubble is colored fully green. Then, click on the Column labeled Trunk

A window labeled Update SMS Trunk will open, in it click the dropdown SMS Trunk and choose Genius - Production-US1

Click Confirm

The confirmation will pop up in green in the top right corner.
