• Flow Builder Prompt library enhancement - Delete prompts
  • Users can delete prompts from the prompt library
    • Flow Builder IVR - Into, Menu, Unavailable, Timeout prompt
    • Gather Input - Menu & Timeout prompt
  • If the prompt to be deleted is already being used in other IVRs - list of dependent legacy and Live Flows IVR’s will be shown.
