The ability to quote customers to forward numbers to UCaaS includes auto-adding the required SIP Trunk and Premium Cloud Service plan, if applicable. Additionally, we have included the ability to apply discounts to the UCaaS MRC with the approval of sales leadership.
Inventory Automation
This will be our final release for the Inventory Automation project, which includes handling future vendor batches and adding assigned Numbers to Install Cases.
Automation Bugs & Maintenance
- Installation Case: Add the main number in addition to any triggers
- Quote Tool - Call Insights: Fix an issue where a sales agent could not de-select Call Insights in the Flex Quote Tool
- Order Handling Enhancements: improve opp error handling for multi-number orders
- Quote Tool - Format Bug: We released a fix for an issue where the Quote PDF was cut off on the right-hand side.

Geographic Report — Avg MOS
Fixed the average MOS in the Geographic Report to only include graded calls in the calculation.

- We can now support downloading very large (>10,000 rows) CSV for our Agents data, such as Agent Status Logs.
Flow Builder this week:

[Premium Cloud Service] Post-Call and Outbound Flows now released!
- Our customers can now choose to run a Flow after a call has been completed. For example, if they would like to update their CRM system with information after the call is finished, this is now possible.
- Customers can also choose to run a Flow for all Outbound calls. For example, if they would like to create a ticket in their CRM system and show a Screen Pop link to the ticket or to the Account, this is now possible.
- Additional communication coming with Training Tuesday in January to explain more on why our customers might want to do this and how we can help better automate their businesses.

- A new LOI will need to be signed for products identified solely by the city name (e.g., Beijing). These products belong to a shared number range, and if a single number within this range is flagged, the entire range could be blocked, putting our customer’s numbers at risk. To prevent this, please recommend the Single Number Range product to your customer.
