What are Call Queues and why do I need it?

Call Queues allow you to enhance your inbound call routing capabilities into call queues to handle 10, 20, or 30 concurrent calls. 

Why add call queues? Queues help keep your clients from abandoning their call by providing the option of waiting for a service representative to answer.
