Review Open Core Cases Online in AVOXI Core

To review open cases online follow the below steps:

  1. Log into the AVOXI Core Online Portal 
  2. Select the drop-down button on the top right-hand corner and click on the "Support" link
  3. Click on the "Open Support Ticket" block
  4. Select the "Review My Support Tickets" tab located on the top left-hand side.
