To create a new support ticket online follow the below steps:
- Log into the AVOXI Core Online Portal
- Select the drop-down button on the top right-hand corner and click on the "Support" link
- Click on the "Open Support Ticket" block
- Select the "Create New Support Ticket" tab located on the top left-hand side. Add your contact information and select the Problem Type from the drop-down menu. Then, add a short description of the problem. Make sure to include as much information about the issue as possible. If you are experiencing call quality issues, make sure to include the date, time, call samples and any other additional information that may help us solve your issue. You may upload any screenshots or call recording samples by clicking on the upload file button.
