If you no longer want your Virtual number; you will need to cancel your AVOXI account.

1. To start to log into the AVOXI Core Online Portal 
2. Select the drop-down button on the top right-hand corner and click on the "Support" link
3. Click on the "Open Support Ticket" block
4. Select the "Create New Support Ticket" tab located on the top left-hand side. 
5. Add your contact information 
6. Under the "Problem Type" drop-down menu, select "Customer Support"
7. In the subject line state "Cancellation Request"
8. Then, add a short description stating you would like to cancel your AVOXI service.  We continuously strive to improve our products and customer experience and therefore encourage you to include a "reason" why you wish to cancel your service.  Your feedback is important to us!
