To review open cases online follow the below steps: Log into the AVOXI Core Online Portal Select the drop-down button on the top right-hand corner and click on the "Support" link Click on the "Open Support Ticket" block Select the "Review My Support Tickets" tab located on the top left-hand side.
If you no longer want your Virtual number; you will need to cancel your AVOXI account.
