The "music on hold" is played any time an end-user puts an individual on hold. To update your hold music, simply log into your account and follow the below steps.
On the upper, right-hand corner of your screen, select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to Global Account Settings.
Using the toggle, turn the Music on Hold on.
Then, click the Configure Feature button located on the right-hand side.
- Next, using the Browse button, upload the required audio file.
- Once complete, select the Save button.
