If you are having trouble making or receiving calls with your new international toll free or local phone number, we recommend that you:
Check Your Firewall Settings
Check to make sure that your firewall is set up to receive calls from our hosted domain: core-sip-qts.avoxi.com
Open the Correct Ports
In some cases, a strong firewall or router can block audio and phone signals from reaching your adapter.
If your number isn’t working, make sure that the following ports are open on your router or network device:
Port range 5060 - 5061 (protocol: UDP)
Port range 10000 - 20000 (protocol: UDP)
If you aren’t sure how to access these settings, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your router or network device. You may also want to contact your Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.
