What's New -Call Recording NEW simplified plan (does not apply to coza)

We launched our new simplified call recording service - let's do a quick recap
- MRC of $6.99 per number per month
- 30 days of free storage for all recorded calls
- Customers can store calls for longer than 30 days @.02 per minute
- Customers can adjust /upgrade/downgrade their retention rules via the CORE UI using the toggle and drop-down (see below)
- REMINDER: We NO longer offer 15-Day call recording (these customers have been migrated to 30 Day plans (remainder of Feb and March Free first MRC charge will be on April 1, 2020 Invoice)
- Customer notifications were sent out with deployment informing customers of the change and reminding them to adjust their retention rules - this included links to the relevant user guides (https://support.avoxi.com/77483-core-call-recording
