IVR (Interactive Voice Response)


A feature of a hosted PBX which prompts the caller with voice messages and received input from the touch tone keys. An integrated software information system that speaks to callers and uses voice responses. By using touchtone keypad entries to interact with the software, you get voice responses with real-time data.
