AVOXI Genius Deployment Summary: NEW user roles, analytics, and adjustments made to agent queues.

What's New

  • New User Roles: Three new user roles have been added: Supervisor, Billing Admin, and Limited Agent

  • Analytics: Lots of plumbing work to get ready for the release of the next few reports within the new Analytics page. As part of today’s update, the old “Reports” page links have been removed.  For more information please visit our Call Queues- Analytics product guide.

Adjustments

  • Moving agents while on a queue call: Fixed an issue with agents and queue membership while they are on an active call. With this fix, the agent’s queue membership can be changed while they are on a queue call and the changes are correctly preserved.

  • Fixed issue with some calls being rejected with a 486 SIP message
