What’s NEW

  • Updates the company *Country* field 

    • Fixed an issue that was causing the updates to not persist.

    • Admin users can navigate to Company Account and update the country information there.

  • Outbound Call Reporting

    • Improvement to reporting for outbound calls based on the outbound caller-id
  • Inbound Queue Report: 

    • Added a pie chart to show the percentage breakdown of calls across answered, unanswered and abandoned
  • Call issues after call transfer

    • Fixed call issues after a user blind transfer a call
  • Other

    • Behind the scenes work for the upcoming Enterprise license, recording retention rules, platform stability.
