Genius production environment was successfully updated last night.
Salesforce Integration - Phase 1:
- AVOXI internal users (like Sales and Support team members in a queue) will see information about the inbound caller in their webphones - if available in Salesforce.
- This information, when available, will pop-up to their screens while the inbound queue call alerts them.
Improvements / Fixes
- Besides these, we also worked on improving reports/analytics
- Deployed fix for a memory leak,
- Added plumbing for the Ghosting feature
- Improved How calls connect to queue members
- And many other minor fixes and tweaks.
