AVOXI Genius Deployment Summary: Enhancements made to User Queues
Added tooltip on User Detail page-> User Queues
“Time Since Last Call" metric was only showing up for 2 agents in any queue, this was enhanced so it shows up for all agents within a queue.
- Some calls were shown as answered by the wrong agent. This was a tricky little race condition that has been fixed. Genius!
