AVOXI Genius Deployment Summary: Enhancements to webphone ringing, outbound call details, analytics, and reporting
Webphone ringing enhancements
- Web browsers like Chrome and Firefox can sometimes block or alter the ringing sound/ alerting for Genius webphone.
- With this release, we handle that better and play an audible ring to the webphone when an incoming call alerts the user.
- If the webphone is in a state where it cannot play an audible ring, a quick pop up message is displayed to the user so they can “reload“ the webphone.
Call Date and time for outbound calls
In the call detail, modal was showing the end time, this has been fixed to show the call start time.
Analytics and Reporting
Drill down from a specific "Number" report page to Company activity
Agent reports show outbound calls placed by agents as well.
It can also be filtered by queues to see call metrics for the agents who are a member of that queue
User status fixes
- A fix for an issue when users were seeing incorrect status (ex: on a call even after the call ended)
