AVOXI Genius Deployment Summary: Enhancements to Integrations, IVR, Outbound caller ID within the webphone, and Call Queues


Enhancement

  • Integrations: We improved the CRM Integration configuration 

  • Virtual Attendant: Improved the Attendant (IVR) setup page

  • Webphone: Added type-ahead search in the webphone under the Outbound Caller ID section 

  • Updated the Call Queues page table to accommodate longer queue names 


Adjustments

  • Analytics: The total talk time in the agent report was not accurately calculated, this has been fixed with this release
