AVOXI Release Notes: December 1, 2020

AVOXI Deployment Summary: This week we launched our NEW External recording feature and new role permissions for outbound dialing and auto answer. In addition, we also released enhancements to early media support and a small adjustment to queue call management. See below for more:

What's New

New Permissions for Outbound Dailing and Auto-Answer 

  • Custom roles permissions have two new entrants, Outbound Calling and Auto Answer. Learn more about custom role configuration here!.

Enhancements & Adjustments 

Calls Waiting in Queue

  • Fixed an issue where some calls waiting in queue were not being distributed to the Team agents. 

Error Messages

  • Added enhanced early media support which allows carrier ring back and error messages to be played to the AVOXI user.
