Voicemail Email Template Enhancements
Previously our voicemail subject showed “New Voicemail." With this release, we have enhanced the subject of voicemail emails to include the name and number details that are currently only in the body of the email.
Fixes and Adjustments
We released a fix for an issue where Call Journey was not showing the timeline markers.
Recorded Calls not Playing
A fix for an isolated issue where an Admin could not access the call details or the blue play button for any of the calls in the Team Activity tab, the Genius screen goes white.
