- Caller ID Default Error Message: A fix for an issue where agents were having problems setting up a specific AVOXI outbound caller ID.
- Missing Call Recordings: A fix for an isolated issue where a customer had multiple unrecord calls; these calls were answered but did not record.
- Webphone Default Caller ID: A fix for an issue where an agent would receive an error message when setting their default caller ID within their webphone even on success.
- Updating User Status in Live Dashboard: A fix for an issue when changing the status of a user from the live dashboard; it was not working even though the AVOXI platform was showing it has updated in the user's group.
