AVOXI Release Notes - January 25, 2022

AVOXI Deployment Summary:  This week we released a new functionality Number Order Status.

NEW Number Order Status  

AVOXI users can now view recently ordered but are not yet “available” numbers and in-stock numbers requiring additional documentation within the AVOXI online portal. This gives you the ability to monitor order timelines, status updates, and action items without having to reach out to the AVOXI team for updates. Learn more here! 

Fix for Stuck Calls

We released a fix for an isolated issue where customers' call-back calls got stuck.

TrueLocal Nigeria Number Update 

Nigeria has been removed from our offering. We are working on a replacement carrier however we don't have an eta at this time. We have already removed this from the cart and will be removing it from all rate sheets and documentation.

Number Inventory Expansion

This week the team has added the below new inventory to our online cart.
