AVOXI Release Notes - February 22, 2022

AVOXI Deployment Summary:  With this week's release all AVOXI customers can now make use of our new application product flow on our Call Insights, user experience enhancements, and small product adjustments.

NEW Call Insights Intro Flow 

All AVOXI users can now enjoy our NEW  Call Insights introduction flow that is triggered when a user clicks on any Call Insights banner or lands on the Settings>Call Quality Page for the first time.

NEW Skills-Based Routing (Beta)

Intelligent call distribution begins with skills-based routing. Pilot customers can now combine skills-based call routing with priority routing rules to achieve higher customer satisfaction scores, more productive agents, and lower operational costs. Left Nav page Filter persistence 

We released enhancements to increase the speed at which data loads and we now give users the ability to navigate back to the page from drill-downs.


  • Direction Arrows not showing:  A fix for an issue where direction arrows were not showing in the My/Company Activity.

  • Customers' user's list displays previous customer details:  Fix for an isolated issue when navigating to customer 1, navigating back to the customer list, and then navigating to another customer 2, customer 1’s users are listed.

  • AVOXI not populating Zendesk assignee:  A fix for an issue where the AVOXI platform did not populate the Zendesk assignees correctly and subsequent call logs did not populate.

  • Outbound call recording in Activity is missing call recording:  A fix for an isolated user issue where their outbound call record in Activity is missing the call recording.

  • Agent Status:  A fix for an issue where Agent status updates sometimes did not persist because the request to retrieve the agent is failing due to intermittent context cancellation.
