AVOXI Release Notes - February 15, 2022

AVOXI Deployment Summary:  With this week's release all AVOXI customers can now make use of our new Document Management feature, and enjoy a 60-Day Free Trial on our new Call Insights feature.

NEW Document Management (Phase 1):  Documents Required

As an AVOXI customer, you now have the ability to view required documentation via the Active Orders number profile page within your online portal.  With only, a few clicks you can instantly view a detailed list of required docs.  Once these are received and reviewed by our number onboarding team, the in-application status will automatically update and include any relevant notes.

AVOXI Call Insights 60-Day Free Trial - All AVOXI Customers

With this release, all AVOXI customers have instant access to our Call Insights 60-Day Free Trial on the Basic plan, which includes 1,000 calls and a minimal overage rate of $0.0100 per call.  Admins are required to cancel the subscription within the 60-Day Free Trial period, after which time the subscription will automatically update.  Our in-product banner confirms how many days are remaining in the Free Trial period and includes a link to managing your subscription.  Learn more about Managing your AVOXI Call Insights Feature guide. 


  • Fix for Outbound calling using TLS not working:  We released a fix for an isolated issue where a customer was receiving a 403 forbidden error when trying to make outbound calls. 

  • Fix for Blind Transfer to Queue Fail:  We released a fix for customers who have queue-processor enabled (NOTE: This is not related to any SF cases, was picked up during testing).

  • Fix for Agent Audio Missing on Outbound Calls: An enhancement was made to the webphone microphone to ensure agents' SIP session audio stream is sent back to the agents' selected device should a disconnection and reconnection occur.
