Voicemail to email records a voicemail as an audio file and delivers it to your email inbox in an Mp3 format.  You can update your "number" voicemail settings at any time via your AVOXI Genius online portal.

To get started, select the "Numbers" icon located on the left-hand navbar

Next, select the "Voicemail Greetings" tab located on the top left-hand side of the numbers page. 

Here you will be able to see the voicemail boxes associated with your Genius phone number(s). 

To edit your voicemail, select the three dots  and then click "Edit Voicemail Greeting".

Here you can edit your voicemail, update your greeting, and change the "email address" for your voicemails to be routed to.
