Understanding User Roles

Agent 

Users with unrestricted access to their profile, voicemail management, softphone functionality (including access to update call recording), and call group and queue membership.

Admin 

User with administrative access to all user profiles, including creating user and company activity and analytics, plus call group, queue management, and membership.

Supervisor 

User with access similar to an Agent, plus additional call group and call queue management.

Billing Admin 

Users with unrestricted access to their profile, voicemail management, softphone functionality, billing, invoice, and payment access.

Limited Agent 

Users with limited general access to their profile, voicemail management, limited softphone functionality (no access to update call recording), call group, and call queue membership.

Inbound Agent 

Users with restricted access are similar to a Limited Agent, except they have no outbound dialing privileges.

Understanding Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) 

Role-based access control (RBAC) restricts access to the AVOXI platform based n the user's role within the organization.  The roles in RABC refer to the levels of access employees have to the organization's AVOXI dashboard.  Administrators can easily customize existing roles Agent, Admin, Supervisor, Billing Admin, Limited Agent, and inbound Agent to tailor to their business needs.  Use our self-help guide to get started.
